1. Agreement to Terms
By using AutoBrughe services, you agree to these Terms. We're straight with you. No surprises.
2. Service Description
We provide professional automotive repair and maintenance: oil changes, diagnostics, brake inspection, tire replacement, engine diagnostics, air filter replacement, wheel alignment, and more.
3. Appointment & Cancellation
- Schedule appointments 24 hours in advance (when possible)
- Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: no charge
- Cancellations with less notice: €25 fee may apply
- We confirm all appointments within 2 hours
4. Payment Terms
We accept cash, bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. Payment due upon service completion. Written estimates provided before work begins.
5. Warranty & Guarantee
- All work: 12-month warranty against defects
- Major repairs: 24-month warranty
- Covers parts and labor only
- Does not cover accidents, misuse, or wear-and-tear
6. Liability
We care for your vehicle responsibly. However, we're not responsible for: accidents, personal property loss, or damage from misuse after service. Our liability is limited to the service fee.
7. Customer Responsibility
- Disclose all known mechanical issues
- Remove valuables from your vehicle
- Provide accurate vehicle information
- Operate vehicle safely after service
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes take effect immediately. Continued use = acceptance.
